What is Sea Gals?
Born on TikTok as an accident in 2022, now helping women find freedom in their bodies.
Sea Gals is a community for all women to attend events that encourage body acceptance and mental health, primarily through sunrise ocean dips. We hold space for you to engage in ‘me time’, and allow you to connect to yourself, others and nature.
OUR MISSION is to hold a welcoming and safe space, encouraging women to feel connected, unlock their self-empowerment and authenticity.
Since early 2024, Sea Gals has proudly hosted two major dips a year; the joyful Pink Dip and the liberating Topless Dip. We are endlessly thankful for the beautiful, brave, and welcoming community that continues to show up, support each other, and make every sunrise a celebration of freedom.
