Tara filmed one TikTok in February 2022 and received comments from all types of women wanting to join in on a sunrise dip and BAM! Sea Gals was born.
Sea Gals is a community for all women to attend events that encourage body acceptance and mental health, primarily through sunrise ocean dips. We hold space for you to engage in your weekly ‘me time’, and allow you to connect to yourself, others and nature.
OUR MISSION is to create a welcoming community that encourages women to connect, share their personal experiences, and provide mutual support to each other while fostering a sense of belonging at a deeper level.
Perth Sea Gals
On 12th October, Perth Seagals is hosting a bold topless dip fundraiser for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, promoting body positivity and solidarity. This empowering event encourages women to unite in support of early detection, self-love, and breast cancer research.
Meet at 6:30am on Swanbourne beach, follow the signs
Allow for a 5 minute walk from Beach Entrance (infront of Shorehouse)
Dont forget to bring towels and hoodies, and wear PINK!

South West Sea Gals
On 13th October, South West Seagals is hosting a bold topless dip fundraiser for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, promoting body positivity and solidarity. This unique event will take place in the stunning South West of WA (exact location to be confirmed soon), bringing together a community of individuals committed to raising awareness for breast cancer.
Dont forget to bring towels and hoodies, and wear PINK!

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to be topless to attend this event?
No, you do not have to remove any clothing to attend this event. Whilst it is encouraged for the theme of the event, we will never force or reask you to remove your bathers. Please note this is a topless dip only, not completely nude.
Can I go if I am under 18 or would like to bring my child with me?
No. This event is strictly 18 years and over only. No exceptions.
Can I take photos on my phone?
We will have a designated photographer and a photo permitted and photo FREE zone on the day. We strongly ask that you do not take photos of other people, and we will ask you to leave if we suspect you are taking photos of other attendees without consent. If you would like to give our photographer your phone to take a photo of you, we are happy to do that for you. But we would like to avoid other attendees being topless in the background of your photos.
How do I get the photos afterwards?
You must have a ticket and you must check in at the event, otherwise you will not receive the private gallery link to the photos afterwards.
Can I post photos on social media?
Only if it’s just you on the photo or the group photo of our backs turned.
